The March 2019 iFair

On a Saturday, candidates and international school recruiters from around the world logged on for the March 16 iFair®! Recruiters had set up their unique virtual “booths” with important information about the school’s country, salary and benefits, and open positions. When educators came online for the event, they explored a dynamic virtual exhibition hall of school representatives just waiting to talk to potential new faculty members. In this March iFair (and the very last fair of this ISS-Schrole Advantage 2018-19 event season), we saw great interactions across time zones and continents, welcoming 310 candidates, 56 international schools coming together for a fantastic 8,050 booth interactions. 

We’re celebrating the job placements that came from the iFair, and cheering on everyone taking the conversations and interviews forward. Thank you for a great iFair and a wonderful 2018-19 season — whether you’ve been a part of Atlanta, Bangkok, the two iFairs, or through the larger ISS-Schrole Advantage platform, you truly make this work in international education wonderful.
