Director of Information Technology

Rob has been a technologist for over twenty-five years, and has over fifteen years of experience leading teams in higher education and not-for-profit environments. Prior to joining ISS, Rob was a director of information technology at Duke University, focusing on programs and systems for K-12 students. He also served as a director for Thomas Edison State University, leading strategic technology initiatives and special projects. While serving as the head of technology for the New Jersey State Library, he was the founder and director of JerseyConnect, a program that provides technology services to public libraries through a statewide network infrastructure and support team. Rob holds a BA in political science and English from Rutgers University. He lives in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife and two sons.
