Stephen Plisinski M.Ed., M.B.A. serves as the primary contact for individuals and organizations who express interest in ISS school start-up, management and operations services. He is a passionate educator who brings a rare combination of professional education and business administration expertise to his role as ISS Director of Business Development. Stephen has over 40 years of experience as a teacher, principal, and head of school in nine countries on four continents. He believes that to truly thrive, not just survive, schools require strong business and operations foundations that support the creation and sustainability of exemplary academic programs and ensure schools’ enduring prosperity. Stephen has been recognized for outstanding teaching, research, coaching and community service. He is a former collegiate and professional soccer and maintains his connection to the game as a qualified youth soccer referee. Stephen also enjoys vegetable gardening and cycling in his adopted state of Vermont.
